Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free worldwide courier shipping on all orders above 100 EUR.
Which shipping service do you use?
We ship our products via standard mail service and via FedEx courier service. Shipping via standard mail service to the EU and UK takes 2 to 15 business days and 10 to 20 business days to the U.S. Shipping via our FedEx courier service takes 3 to 7 business days worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Are there any custom fees added to the purchase?
No. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In the case that you are purchasing from the EU, there will be no custom fees or taxes assessed.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in a home studio without manufacture speed and dust.
How long will it take to get my order?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. However, as most of our items are tailored to your specific needs, it may take approximately 10 business days to complete an order. Once the order is ready, it will immediately be shipped to you.
Where does your fabric come from?
We work with linen grown in northern Europe, and the linen fabric is woven by a local linen mill.
What does the OEKO-TEX certificate mean?
FlaxBox products are made from linen that correspond to OEKO-TEX 100 standards. The certification ensures the human-ecological safety of textile products in all stages of production (raw materials and fibers, yarns, fabrics, end products). Products that are OEKO-TEX certified are absent of allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals and other harmful substances. The certification is voluntary and must be updated annually.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Our fabric has been pre-washed and will not shrink after it is washed.
Are the colors exactly as on the website?
We do our best to match the colors on the website, but for technical reasons (monitor color settings, phone screen, lighting) the colors may differ slightly. As a result, we offer fabric samples for purchase if you want to be 100% sure of the exact shading of the selected color.
Can I select a custom color?
You may always ask us. We are open to custom orders.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes, we do. Please contact us if you need a custom-sized product.
Do you offer sales?
Most of our products are made to order. Therefore, we usually do not offer products for sale. However, please contact and write us regarding any of your sales enquiries.
